About our radiant heating service
In-floor radiant heat is the most comfortable, efficient heating you can put in a home. We design, install, and service PEX loops for new builds, additions, basement retrofits, and garage/shop projects, integrated with a properly sized boiler or heat-pump water heater.
In-floor heat is common in the newer custom builds around Snow Valley, Horseshoe Valley, and the Sugarbush area, and it is nearly always paired with a walk-out basement that the original designer treated as one zone with the main floor. That is why the basement runs warm and the great room never quite catches up. We rezone, rebalance the manifold, and reset the mixing valve so each loop gets water at the temperature its floor covering can actually handle.

- Barrie In Barrie the calls concentrate in the south end, where Painswick, Ardagh and Holly subdivisions are running the original builder furnaces past their fifteenth winter.
- Bradford West Gwillimbury Bradford and Bond Head homes back onto the Holland Marsh, and the damp cold there is unforgiving on a system that was never balanced for the ductwork it feeds.
- Essa Angus, Baxter and the CFB Borden housing sit on open ground where wind-driven snow buries side-wall vents, which is the single most common cause of a no-heat lockout out there.
- East Gwillimbury Holland Landing, Sharon and Queensville have grown fast, so most of what we service there is newer high-efficiency equipment needing commissioning corrections rather than replacement.
- Springwater Midhurst, Elmvale and the Snow Valley custom builds are in the snowbelt, where a heating system has to hold a design temperature several degrees colder than Barrie's.
- Newmarket Newmarket's older Gorham and Glenway neighbourhoods still hold plenty of mid-efficiency equipment that is cheaper to replace than to keep feeding gas.
- Oro-Medonte Many Oro-Medonte and Horseshoe Valley properties are off the gas main entirely, so heating decisions there weigh propane cost against a heat pump conversion.
- New Tecumseth Alliston, Beeton and Tottenham see steady demand around the Honda plant shift schedule, and we book those calls early morning or evening to suit it.
